That Johari window thing is a pretty cool idea... you'd definitely have to be pretty confident in yourself to post a Nohari window, though :)

Claire: Thanks and at the bottom, of your Johari/Nohari window is a text box with an html code in it. Copy and paste that into the post and "Voila" there is the image. :-)
Joel: It is, isn't it? And yes, you would have to be pretty confident and since the one thing, all 5 people that did the picking, agreed upon was "Insecurity" (which I picked as well)...
Oh well, we will see...
